Communications From the Site
As described above, you will receive a telephone
call from a Home Improvement of RI representative to discuss
your inquiry upon submission of your request for an estimate for
any of our services. In addition, we send an email to you after
completion of each estimate appointment requesting that you
complete a survey about your experience and the appointment
quality. The completion of this survey is strictly voluntary.
Testimonials
We use testimonials on this site that are collected both offline
and with an e-mailed survey that links to an online form. We
receive permission to post testimonials prior to posting. In
addition, if you would like your testimonial removed for any
reason, please contact us. We will abide by your preferences
with regards to the sharing of this information.
Terms of Service

At Home Improvement of RI we are committed to making your total experience a positive one. Upon entering your information and the request for which you would like a pre-screened contractor, we will contact you via the phone number specified and set up 1-3 appointments for you. You are not required to meet with them or buy from them at at any time. We are providing this service for you at no charge.
We do not, however, guarantee that we will be able to match your project with a service professional or that we have a company in Rhode Island that is qualified at that point in time. Although we take certain steps to examine the credentials of our listed service professionals, we make no guarantees or representations regarding the application or installation skills of such service professional or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a service professional, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. Your rights under contracts you make with service professionals typically are governed by your state and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any service professional, you must address such dispute to the service professional directly, and you hereby agree to release Home Improvement of RI (and our employees and agents) and any other person, firm, or entity from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with service professionals.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

Some of this information will be sent to service professionals who will need this information to respond to you or to other persons or entities in connection with our business. We are a privately owned marketing company that generates home improvement interests to contractors we feel are the best choices for RI home owners. Homeimprovementri.com does not guarantee any work, back up projects or are held liable for any service completed or not completed by any company/contractor they suggested towards you. By filling out the contact form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and understand that Homeimprovementri.com, Home Improvement of RI or J&R Marketing are not liable for any damages, mistakes or problems that encounter from the company referred.
YOUR USE OF THE HOME IMPROVEMENT OF RI SERVICES
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Home Improvement of RI services is for your personal use and not for any commercial or advertising purposes. You agree that all of the content and information posted on the Home Improvement of RI Website, including but not limited to contractor profiles and screening information, is the sole and exclusive property of Home Improvement of RI, and that you have no right to reproduce, post, publish, or otherwise use such information other than for your personal use relating to your service request. You acknowledge that a violation of the foregoing could result in significant damages, and you agree that you are liable to Home Improvement of RI for any such damages, and will indemnify Home Improvement of RI in the event of any third party claims against Home Improvement of RI based on or arising from your violation of the foregoing. If it is determined or suspected by Home Improvement of RI in its sole discretion that you are misusing or attempting to misuse or circumvent the Home Improvement of RI services or system, or are using or attempting to use it for any inappropriate, non-personal, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to activities such as hacking, infiltrating, fraud, advertising, jamming or spamming, Home Improvement of RI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access without notice and to instigate without notice appropriate legal actions or proceedings to seek appropriate remedies and/or damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, repairs, legal fees, costs and expenses, and to seek injunctions or other equitable remedies.
